Ohiophella: An IPD-landscaped sim
I am able to terrform individual parcels of land through to complete sims (Homestead and full), developing themes and environments contiguous with existing landscapes or wholly new and fitted to specific purposes.
I specialise in providing environments for residential sim that provide residents with a feeling of community and home, with a focus on quality of living and shared activities.
Coupled with my extensive building catalogues, I am able to provide a complete solution for customers, from the initial design and terraforming of their land / sim through to the delivery of any custom builds – houses, skyhomes, commercial buildings – that are rquired, and which together again provide a community feel to the environment.
Underwater seascape by IPD
An attraction in using IPD for private island terraforming is that I can bring a unique balance to the use of land and water to produce aesthetically pleasing sims that provide water spaces for use by residents and owners.
I can provide underwater environments suitable for exploration via scuba diving (and I can provide the means for sim owners to make scuba diving available to their tenants). Reefs and underwater hazards such a small wrecks or rock outcrops can be provided from my landscaping catalogue, and I can advise on where to obtain quality, low-cost corals and underwater plants, fishes and so on.
Above the water I consult with clients to ensure their sim is properly landscaped, with parcels properly cut where required, and any supporting infrastructure (footpaths, roads, lighting, etc.), installed to meet the needs of users and residents. I can also help provide recreational facilities such as swimming pools, skydiving facilities, and so on, to give tenants on rental estate true value for money.

Once the design has been agreed, I will work rapidly to ensure the sim is terraformed and built out to the required standards as quickly as possible. I also establish a cost and budget ahead of time with you, so that there are no unpleasant surprises, and can work with you to source any additional materials (plants, etc.), you require so that you can obtain them yourself, with no fear of being over-charged & to ensure all items used in the landscaping are wholly your own property.
