Lion’s Gate is another range of houses inspired by places I’ve seen.
Designed in a colonial style, Lion’s Gate comes in two main styles suitable for town, rural or even beach front use.
The single-floor Lion's Gate
The single-floor design provides two spacious rooms linked by a central entrance hall with double doors to the front aspect. Sharing the same overall appearance, the 2-floor Lion’s Gate design provides an upper floor with a spacious bedroom over the lounge and a second gallery room above the remain downstairs area. Both of the upper floor rooms are linked by a staircase and glass-sided suspended hallway.
To the front of each house is a raise lawn complete with a footpath leading to the front doors. Two the rear of each house is a small raised deck area.
The 2-floor Lion's Gate Design
As one would expect, the Lion’s Gate comes complete with NDE-scripted doors and with full interior lighting.
Additionally, all models are supplied with my unique window tinting system. During the day, to provide a degree of privacy, all windows are covered by “open” blinds. However, come dusk, the blinds automatically close and indirect interior / exterior lighting brings the house to life.
If you prefer, the blinds can be manually closed at any time, simply by touching any window, an each room can be individually controlled. Finally, the blinds to the front aspect of the lounge can be additionally raised / lowered using the winnow-mounted control.
The lounge of the single-floor Lion's Gate
For those that like a little extra luxury, each version of the Lion’s Gate is additionally supplied with a sunken seating area. For the single-floor version of the house, this comprises three fitted sofas ranged around the fireplace, with corner steps into the sitting area.
The 2-floor Lion’s Gate provides two fitted sofas, one on either side of the fireplace, which faces a hexagonal set of steps into the seating area.
All of the sofas are fitted with quality 30-second animation loops. Both of the furnished versions of Lion’s Gate are additionally supplied with an optional pack of occasional table lights and a coffee table.
