MILLA
Comprising a circular design with a large front balcony area, the Milla provides split-level accommodation access from the balcony via a sliding front door. A 10-metre square annex at the back of the studio provides additional room for a kitchen, bathroom, etc.
The Milla is supplied with pre-tinted windows for your privacy, and is lit inside by a mix of central and spot lights inset into the ceiling. The exterior of the unit is finished in a high-tech cladding effect and has a black roof with raised grey features.

TROPICANA
The Tropicana is a variation on a special custom build I designed for a furry customer who wished to have a combination skyhome / play area in the sky.
A specific required of the original built was that it should fit a 512 sq m parcel of land, and provide sufficient room / prim count for furniture to be added to the skyhouse part of the build.
In adapting the design, I kept the original swimming pool area of the build and redesigned the rest of the unit to offer a “tropical paradise in the sky” for those wishing to have a more unique sky platform.
The lower section of the Tropicana features a rock-bordered swimming pool and two circular grass platforms. The animated water is suitable for the addition of swimming / floating animations and includes a ramp from easy exiting from the water.
The two grass platforms are bounded by hand rails and are suitable for sunbathing. The large of the two includes a spiral ramp which provides access to the upper level of the build.
The upper section of the Tropicana comprises three wood-floored platforms, the two larger ones being are covered. A firepit is included in one of the two large platforms, can the flames can be lit / doused via simple chat commands.
