The Rotera is a 40m skysphere of unique design and ultra-modern appearance. The exterior is finished is a low-gloss metallic look with a double set of full 360-degree, pre-tinted panoramic windows. Double doors provide access to the unit from a semi-circular balcony serving the main living area.
Inside, the Rotera offers four 1/2 floors of flexible living space linked by sculpted stairways. The interior decor is designed to provide plenty of natural light and also provide a good level of nighttime illumination through the use of suitable textures. The majority of the floors are finished in a polished parquet, with the exception of the uppermost floor, which has been finished in a deep blue carpet texture.
The lowermost floor of the Rotera includes a 16m diameter swimming pool finished in blue tile and with tiled steps. The walls of this level are finished in a plain white tile effect. The pool area includes a ring light mounted in the ceiling, and two stairways provide access to the floor immediately above.
Both of the main living floors are served by the 360-degree windows and provide flexible living / bedroom space, illuminated by lighting rings mounted in the central core of the sphere.
The upper floor of the Rotera includes an integral holosuite / holoroom which includes a texture mapper and a set of pre-loaded panoramic images that can be set to be projected around the interior walls of the suite to provide a variety of views and scenery. The suite is ideal for use in a variety of ways, including that of a bedroom or activity room.
